[If Monika's in one of the subway stations, she'll see a light moving through the tunnel, towards the platform! A train? Nope, it's moving too slow for that.

Eventually, she'll see a girl in white garb running through the tunnel with a bright ball of light floating in the air, following her. She climbs up to the platform and... immediately sits on the floor, panting. The light-ball just hovers idly nearby.]

I... made it...!

[Did she run here all the way from another station? It sure looks like it.]

Um... where is this?

[rewriter]

[GIRL... HELP... Monika watches her do this, slowly blinking, and then offers her an unopened water bottle she probably grabbed from McDonald's earlier. Hi.]

... Still the same city, I'm afraid.

[saillune]

Oh.....

[She hangs her head in disappointment and exhaustion.

...

Then reaches over and takes the bottle and starts gulping down that water.]

[rewriter]

[Watches her gulp... There, there.]

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

she lifts her head, and like a switch has been flipped, she's suddenly full of energy again!]

... It's okay! I'll just have to find another way!

Ahaha, it's no problem. Though you can just call me Monika. [A little once over, thinking back to the profiles.] You're Amelia, right?

[She rises to her feet to face her properly, and makes a little gesture like a curtsy, even though she's not wearing a proper dress right now.]

[rewriter]

[She giggles, doing a little mock curtsy back. In her case, at least, she is wearing a skirt.]

It's nice to meet you, too. It's a shame it isn't under better circumstances.

[She sees it and shakes her head with a sympathetic smile.]

Ah, well. That's okay. [It will wear off naturally... maybe.] We only have so much money to spend on clothes, so... I make a couple of tie dye shirts for myself and anyone who wanted them.

Wow... so they even have places as grand as this inside the city!

[She glances over and sees Monika, and adds with a grin:] Have you ever seen anything like this?

[rewriter]

[She shakes her head, approaching Amelia while looking up at the cathedral.]

Ahaha, only if you count books and movies. What about you?
