[Amelia's outside the cathedral, admiring the structure from the outside.]

Wow... so they even have places as grand as this inside the city!

[She glances over and sees Monika, and adds with a grin:] Have you ever seen anything like this?

[rewriter]

[She shakes her head, approaching Amelia while looking up at the cathedral.]

Ahaha, only if you count books and movies. What about you?

Eh heh... I practically lived in one for a few years. This one looks even bigger and fancier, though...

[rewriter]

[a beat.]

You lived in a cathedral, Amelia?

[saillune]

Yep! When I was doing my priestess training.

[rewriter]

Oh, my gosh. Wow! No offense, but you're so... full of energy! Like, in a good way. So I never would have guessed...

What was it like?

[saillune]

Well... I guess some parts were kind of solemn and boring...

[So Monika's impression of the priestess experience isn't too off the mark.]

But it was kind of fun, staying in the temple dorms with the other priestesses! And I got to learn a lot of useful magic!

Oh? I can see how it would be fun if you were making friends and learning magic. It's not really a thing in my world, so...
