[Amelia's sitting out somewhere. idk. the park. she has her phone set down next to her as she just takes some time to process the news.]

I don't know what I should have expected, but it's still kind of a shock...

[monika is just passing by with her traditional friday coffee. god.]

... Tomorrow's going to be worse.

[She looks up, and thinks about that a little.]

Everyone's emotions will probably be running wild again... even if we can't feel them as clearly this time.

Mhmm... We'll probably be okay at McDonald's. But there's no guarantee the noise won't attack us later, or while we're reinvestigating.

... Right! We'll have to stay vigilant.

[It looks like that actually got a bit of her energy and determination to come back. Like, immediately.]

Dealing with enemies that are drawn to negative emotions is what I do best. I won't let anyone get hurt if I can help it!
