Our world is sort of different than some of your worlds, I think. Maybe it's more like...if you knew the demons you fight controlled everything, in everyone's life, and no matter what you did, they probably always would.
If that was true, some people might think the world wasn't worth saving.
I think so, too. A chance to change that and break free of the people controlling it, so everyone can write their own stories. But...I don't know if they're evil for not believing in that. Just...sad.
