[well, it's after trial. she can be found out at the canals, giving off the impression of someone who hasn't slept in about seventy two hours. a little wired, like a wild animal that's hit the point of exhaustion but isn't safe yet.]
[Some time after execution, Ylfa can find Amelia around somewhere! She seems kind of deep in thought... then realizes she's there, quickly rubs her eyes, and turns to greet her with a weak smile.]
Oh, Ylfa! How are you holding up? I know these past few days must have been hard...
[Hey Ylfa, you enjoying the new areas? So is Amelia, but unfortunately, there are pigs and it's mem time.]
MEMORY: ASSASSINS
It was supposed to be a secret meeting, until it was interrupted by assassins. You flee to the courtyard alongside your cousin, a thin and handsome young man, and your father, a man very much the opposite in stature.
BOOM!
An explosion from the guesthouse you just fled from splinters the door and two silhouettes appear in the destroyed doorway. Four silver daggers shoot from their direction and tear through the air toward your father.
"Look out!" someone yells.
In that moment, you deftly swipe your cape. There's a flash of white light before three of the daggers go clattering to the ground. Your father catches the fourth with his bare hand, then drops it without ceremony.
"HOLY CRAP!" the assassins yell in unison.
"Fools!" you roar, pointing an angry finger at the assassins. "You have turned your backs against heavenly truth by sullying your hands with evil! Watch your instruments of destruction break before my Justice!"
There you stand, fiery and defiant, and about 140 percent more dramatic than is necessary. And in a moment of epic glory, you actually begin rising into the air.
... Or not. In reality, your father has grabbed you by the back of your cape and lifted you up like a kitten.
"Stand aside, Amelia," he booms. "This is no place for a little girl." Then he tosses you aside. You land gracefully, not once faltering in your fearless dignity.
One of the assassins takes this opportunity to charge at your father, who squares his shoulders and prepares to lock horns.
"Foooools!" he roars imperiously and swings his tightly clenched fist at the assassin.
POW!
The assassin practically bounces off his fist and goes flying into a wall, hitting it with an audible crunch and then sliding down to the floor in a heap.
"I know not why you support this conspiracy!" he booms, stepping towards his attacker. He then launches into a long, solemn speech... to a guy who appears to be dead, judging by the severe angle at which his neck is bent. "Have you no family!?" he demands of the corpse. "Open your eyes!"
He does not open his eyes.
"Morally abasing yourselves in this manner brings your family nothing but grief and shame! I care not for unnecessary violence." He points to the other assassins. "If you look into your own hearts and reflect, and leave this place at once, I shall hold no grudge against you!"
The other assassins run over to check on their dead partner. One feels for a pulse; the others mumble among themselves, and all of them glance at your father.
[Amelia can be found staring dramatically off into the distance... either up in the Eiffflefl (i did not look up the spelling) Tower, or if Ylfa wouldn't go up there, somewhere more accessible (void?).
She's pretty deep in quiet reflection, and doesn't react immediately when approached.]
[It is no longer confidence week, but Amelia is confident that she's definitely not lost as she passes by yet another similar-looking cluster of sad-looking trees... and happens across Ylfa. She approaches slowly and cautiously with the wolf nearby, and doesn't raise her voice to say anything... but her thoughts come through, anyway.
Oh, it's Ylfa!
That looks kind of dangerous... but she probably knows what she's doing?]
hey amelia are you doing ok? i found out some stuff that was going on last weekend and i just wanted to make sure you were ok and if you wanted to talk about it
Weekend 0, Saturday
That must have been so much to go through... You look even younger than I was when I started my journey, too.
[Sympathetic, and a little impressed.]
But... what does it mean to take on a more villainous role yourself?

A monster isn't usually the hero of the story.
